Helen Collett DBO D

Helen qualified as an Orthoptist at Moorfield’s Eye Hospital, London in 1983. She developed more technical skills in the glaucoma unit there before working at the Birmingham and Midland Eye Hospital. She was Head Orthoptist for Mid Essex Hospitals NHS Trust (Part time) until June 2006 and enjoys providing private Orthoptic services at Capio Springfield Hospital.

Helen aims to provide the best service to patients by keeping up to date with the cutting edge of orthoptic and ophthalmology. She regularly updates doctors, optometrists and other health professionals and has developed training manuals for the RNIB. She has specialist medico-legal experience.

Helen is a mother of two children and has good empathy with parents and children alike.

Mr Petros Andreou BM.FRCOphth

Mr Petros Andreou, Consultant Ophthalmologist provides a range of modern eye care with specialist skills in glaucoma, and paediatrics and squint. He trained at Moorfield’s Eye Hospital (1997-2002) and is a regular lecturer.
